The free plan is a real plan and does not expire. Pro and Scale are priced and ready, but not open yet — we are warming up the sending reputation first, because a plan you pay for should deliver from day one. Tell us which one you want and you will be the first to hear.

Questions

The short answers.

Does the free plan expire?

No. It is a plan, not a trial. If you never outgrow 100 messages a day, you never need to pay.

What counts as a message?

Every message you ask us to send, counted when we accept it rather than when it is delivered — including one addressed to somebody already on your suppression list. What a mailbox provider does with it afterwards is not something we can bill on.

What happens if I go over the allowance?

Nothing stops. The extra messages are billed at the plan's per-1,000 rate on your next invoice. Each plan also has a hard monthly ceiling well above its allowance, so a key that leaks cannot run up an unbounded bill; you will get a clear error rather than a surprise.

What if I need a different limit?

Ask. Limits are set per account rather than purely by plan, so we can raise yours without moving you to a tier you do not need.

Is VAT included?

Prices exclude VAT. It is worked out at checkout from your billing address and added at checkout, so you will see the full amount before paying. Enter your VAT number if you are a business. Payment is taken by Link, a Stripe company, which is the seller of record and issues your invoice.

Why are the limits low to begin with?

A new sending reputation is fragile, and it is shared. Starting small and growing deliberately is what keeps everyone's mail landing in inboxes.
